Important Visa Update from the Japan Embassy in the Philippines:

Due to the surge in tourist visa applications, processing times have been extended to up to 3 weeks or longer. Starting January 20, 2025, the embassy will limit the acceptance of Tourist visa applications. 

Plan ahead: Submit your visa application at least 2 months before your intended travel date to avoid delays. No rush processing available. 

Please note that other visa types (visiting, commercial/business, and certificate of eligibility) are not affected by this new guideline.
