INCLUSIONS AND EXCLUSIONS
 The JAPAN RAIL PASS is valid for the railways, buses, and ferry boats as follows
All JR Group Railways-Shinkansen"bullet trains"(except any reserved or non-reserved seat on
“NOZOMI” and “MIZUHO” trains)limited express trains, express trains, and rapid or local trains.
 Local lines of JR Bus (excluding some local lines. Pass validity for particular routes is subject to change)
 The JAPAN RAIL PASS is an economical and convenient way of traveling throughout Japan by rail.
 The JAPAN RAIL PASS is not valid for any seats, reserved or non-reserved, on “NOZOMI” and “MIZUHO”
trains on the Tokaido, Sanyo and Kyushu Shinkansen lines.
 Note also that passengers using JR trains on non-JR lines must pay additional fares and charges for
sections traveled on such lines. Some JR trains use the lines of private railways for direct services.
 The PASS is not valid for travel on express bus routes operated by JR Bus.
 Hydrofoil ferry service operated by JR-KYUSHU between Hakata and Pusan (Korea) is not covered.
 Big Luggage or suitcase is not allowed inside the trains. Have it delivered via luggage transfer service with applicable
fees.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Only Unused Exchange Order within 1 Year from the date of issuance can be apply for refund. Please submit to us the following:
• Original Exchange Order Coupon
• Explanation Letter
- No refund will apply for LOST or STOLEN Exchange Order or Japan Rail Pass
- Cancellation and transaction fee will be apply. Subject to computation.
HOW TO REDEEM
- In Philippines:
Need to pick-up the JR Pass Exchange Order at UHI Office or shipped it to your address, we will collect additional PHP 200.00 as courier fee. Note: We accept courier request at least 5 working days prior to flight departure date.
- In Japan:
*After an exchange voucher is issued, you must use it to collect your Pass within 3 months. Please always carry your passport when collecting and using your pass.
*You may turn in your JR Pass exchange order to an actual pass at the Airport or JR Stations. List of exchange offices in Japan will be provided.
